A new 2,000 m² retail space for the Italian brand Poltronesofà in Alimos, developed to meet demanding construction specifications, with particular emphasis on functionality and the quality of the final result.

ASTACON Construction Company undertook the complete delivery of the project, from licensing and coordination of the individual works to construction, full store fit-out and final handover.

Scope of Works

Licensing & Certifications Issuance of all required permits and management of the necessary documentation, approvals and certifications required for the completion and operation of the store.

Electrical Installations Complete electrical installation, including wiring, lighting, and the supply and installation of new electrical distribution boards.

Plumbing Installations Construction and completion of all required plumbing networks and installations.

Interior Fit-Out Works Drywall construction, space configuration, painting, flooring and final finishing works.

Aluminium Frames – Glazing – Doors Manufacture and installation of aluminium systems, glazing, office doors and main entrance doors.

Security & Audio Systems Installation of alarm systems, CCTV, security cameras and audio systems.

Fire Safety & Fire Protection Systems Complete installation of all required fire safety and fire suppression systems.

Elevator Installation Installation and completion works for the elevator system.

Store Fit-Out & Window Displays Complete fit-out of the retail space and configuration of the store window displays.

External Façades & Signage Installation of scaffolding, façade works and painting, as well as the manufacture and installation of external signage and corporate branding elements.

ASTACON was responsible for the overall coordination of the project, as well as for all supplementary technical and construction works required for the complete delivery of the new store.
