Small-Scale Works Approval
We undertake the entire process of obtaining the required approval for small-scale construction, repair and renovation works, including internal alterations to residential and commercial properties, repairs and renovation of building façades, roof repairs and replacements, as well as other eligible works.
Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
We undertake the issuance of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for all types of residential properties, retail stores and commercial premises, ensuring a fast and efficient process.
According to the Ministry of Environment, Energy and Climate Change, an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is mandatory for the sale or rental of a residential property, for newly constructed or extensively renovated residential buildings, as well as for residential properties applying for inclusion in the “Exoikonomisi Kat’ Oikon” (Energy Saving at Home) programme.
Electrical Installation Certificate (EIC / YDE)
